FASTEST way to reduce thigh and belly flab? (i don’t care if its healthful or not)?

Exercise. It’s free. Walk and jog. Do crunches and lunges. Buy one of those home exercise videos. Get off your bum and do something instead of trying to kill yourself with eating disorders and diet pills.

Well…anorexia and bulimia are definitely not the answer. Also unless you would like **** seepage diet pills are not great either.
Exercise is the answer…you will gain stamina by continuing to exercise regularly and you can exercise inside or at a gym so there is no sun. drink gatorade or powerade instead of water and i am in school too and i find plenty of time to exercise? there is time just not the time you want to spend on it.
finally if you want to lose fat in specific areas you need to lose weight all over and not just water weight but body fat. Which is very difficult to lose.
diet. lift weights. and do cardio. and you will lose weight mainly body fat and you body will be toned instead of full of loose skin like it will with any of your past “methods” or with pills

Ifyou dont like sun and water then my recommended step to take is to reduce your fat intake. Dont eat chicken skin etc. Change theway you eat. When hungry , try eating apple or orange juice.
Instead of having 3 major meals in the day , try to portion them up into six smaller meals. This will increase your metabolism. At the same time fat will be burnt and not stored. Just contact me if you need more help and advice.
