I’ve been using H57 since April 2005 with great results – down over 30 pound so far! I eat about half of what I used to, but am comfortable and don’t snack like I used to. H57 has made it very easy for me to keep on track with my weight loss.
BTW: It used to have caffeine (from the green tea), but they’ve been using decaf green tea for a while. I haven’t gotten any pills with caffeine since about June.
